And Speaking Of Radio Broadcasts....Check Out Our Interview With Raymond Gayle, director of Electric Purgatory, this Sun at 7pm eastern!

We have yet another informative and fun filled show scheduled for our blog/radio audience this Sunday, when we interview filmmaker and documentarian, Raymond Gayle. I assure you-this is not the show to miss. Mr. Gayle's celluloid effort, Electric Purgatory (trailer, above) highlights the trials and tribulations for those men and women of color who so choose to perform music that is separate from the beaten path. Who says Black folk can't rock? Unfortunately, a stagnate and truncated record industry says so. But we didn't think that we would see a man of color in the White House either. So join Mr. Starks and I as we speak with this great director about his film and the state of Black music. Feel free to call us "live" at 646-915-9620 or via IM/email-afronerdradio@yahoo. And if time permits, we will address the topics that we failed to give get into the previous show (GOPAC chairman Michael Steele's own historic achievement, Etta Vs Obama & Beyonce and more hip hop minstrel foolishness) as well as the Chris Brown/Rihanna saga. And remember-Stay Strong, Stay Focused and Stay Square!
