This Should be Our 1st PSA!! & Next on Afronerd Radio-Am I My Brother's Keeper-rethinking racial Solidarity!

Please accept our apologies for today's radio broadcast, unfortunately we had to cut our show short due to technical problems. We will revisit the solutions show (regarding Black men & violence) next Sunday. So how do you guys like the PSA video posted above? Actually, I'm not sure if it really is a public service announcement but it should definitely be one. If the notorious White supremacist Tom Metzger telling us directly that he "likes" Black men because of their pathologies doesn't get one to think about the future of our race/culture, I don't know what will. In addition, I wanted to give our readers a heads up pertaining to this Thursday's 9pm radio broadcast entitled, "Am I My Brother's Keeper-rethinking racial solidarity in the Black community."

We will be discussing if African-Americans should (or do) feel guilty or connected to other Blacks who commit crimes/acts that many would suggest reflect poorly on communities of color. And better yet, should the community bear the brunt of responsibility for the acts committed by an individual. We want you to call in and chop it up with us. Afronerd, the blog/radio show your think tank-so stop by contribute. Again, Thursday at 9pm (eastern time)-call in live at 646-915-9620 or via IM/email, afronerdradio@yahoo. And don't forget to explore our chat room feature at the afronerdradio dot com.
