Anyone who is a true Generation x-er, was undoubtedly raised on a heavy dose of kitschy sci-fi television ranging from the Six Million Dollar Man to Space: 1999. For some reason The Man from Atlantis starring a pre-Bobby Ewing Patrick Duffy, is often left off of the list perhaps because it only lasted 13 episodes. Nevertheless, it was the closest those in the comic world could get to seeing a live action interpretation of Aquaman (or better yet, Marvel's Submariner) realized on the small screen.
