Unfortunately we preempted Thursday's Afronerd Radio broadcast due to some behind the scenes issues but we'll be back for business for Sunday's show. Meanwhile, this Sunday Mr. Starks and I will focus on a few interesting stories that have come up on the horizon this past week, such as: a local(Long Island, NY local that is) woman who was quarantined due to bird mites residing on her skin, Mr. Starks' auto collision scare, Connecticut's indifference to a man of color being struck down by a hit and run driver, Senator Obama's historic nomination and much, much more.
