Greetings, Salutations and crumpets (?) to our ever loyal listenership-stop by this Sunday at 6pm to listen to our new double feature edition of Afronerd Radio which starts with The Comic Shoppe as the entree! Join Daryll B, Captain Kirk and Dburt as they discuss the following sci-fi/fantasy/pulp related topics: a recent article from the Comic Book Resources site, finds displeasure in the the new direction (in continuity) the Wonder Woman series has taken pertaining to the Amazons specifically; Dburt finally gets around to seeing The Hunger Games; the crew opines on David Brother's piece from The 4th Letter in which he waxes on his hesitancy toward embracing graphic novelist, Mark Millar's new Black initiative; did Spiderman make an appearance in the latest Young Justice animated series and what exactly does it mean when comic book houses take liberties with a rival company's intellectual property? And lastly, we finally get a name for the proposed fourth installment of the popular Playstation video game console....watch out for Orbis in 2013.

Next up, Afronerd featuring Captain Kirk at 7pm!
