Good Evening, folks and welcome to another round of "afronerd-ism," thanks to the thematically named Afronerd Radio show. First off, we must give great praise to the one and only Captain Kirk who made an appearance on NY's Tiempo for his co-production cred on a documentary entitled, AIR: The True Memoirs of Gil C. Alicea. Air stems from a well publicized book, The Air Down Here which tells the riveting story of Mr. Gilbert Alicea's formative years in the South Bronx being reared by two HIV parents. The Captain, of course, will fill our audience in on the particulars of this project during tonight's 90 minute broadcast. And if that isn't heavy enough for you, there's always the remainder of the show!
