First off, please accept our apologies at the delayed postings on Afronerd-we assure you that we will keep you more abreast on the issues of the day. Well it's that time again....Father's day but we will not focus the entire show on this special day as we covered ground on this subject last year (check our archives). After a brief segment on the day at hand with words from President Obama (and by extension a conversation on parenting), Mr. Starks and I will cover the following: a racist email (check above video) aimed at President Obama sent out by a Tennessee GOP staffer; further analysis of the beauty shop beatdown posted by Mr. Starks in the previous entry; my thoughts on my recent viewing of The Godfather
franchise films, Euro-gangsterism and Black folks' interpolation of said gangsterism and lastly, our latest criticisms concerning the Black blogosphere.
