Unfortunately, I do not have enough time to really elaborate on a controversy or phenomenon that has been brewing but I wanted to at least provide the article that is reporting on "bleaching." Think White flight in reverse. I have noticed it when many once predominantly Black cities or towns slowly become reinhabited by Whites.
